When you submit an enquiry form we collect the details you provide: name, company (optional), email address, telephone (optional), the service you are enquiring about and your message. For security and spam prevention we also record technical data such as your IP address and browser user agent.
We use enquiry data to respond to you, to route your enquiry to the right team, to administer any resulting commercial relationship, and to keep basic records of correspondence. We do not sell personal data.
We rely on legitimate interests (responding to and managing business enquiries) and, where applicable, your consent and steps taken to enter into a contract.
Enquiry data may be shared with our hosting and IT service providers, and — only where necessary to progress your requirement — with appropriately selected independent contractors or service providers. We require appropriate care to be taken with your information.
We keep enquiry data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it.
